Planned integration

Where Claude fits.

Our next development milestone is a Claude API adapter for the reception workflow. We plan to use Claude to understand customer messages and call transcripts, return structured details, and prepare clear summaries for the business.

  • Classify enquiries and extract the information needed for the next step.
  • Prepare answers from a business's approved knowledge and service information.
  • Connect validated outputs to scheduling and CRM workflows through APIs and n8n.
  • Route uncertain or sensitive requests to a person for review.

The Claude integration is planned. The public framework currently includes provider interfaces and local simulation adapters.

Independent software development

Built by Denis Redzic.

Core Dispatch Solutions is an independent software project based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on AI reception and business workflow automation.

The public Core Dispatch repository provides an open-source framework for voice-dispatch workflows, including lead intake, qualification, scheduling adapters, and synthetic simulations. It is a development foundation, not a hosted customer service.
